When you complete an enquiry or quote form, use the chat widget on our website, or message us on WhatsApp, we may collect your name and surname, phone number, email address, suburb or town, the service you are interested in, your project address, and anything you write in your message.

Website chat
Our website includes a chat widget so you can ask a question without filling in a form. Conversations are stored in our customer system so that our team can pick up where the conversation left off, contact you at your preferred time and keep an accurate record of your enquiry. The chat collects only the details needed to handle your enquiry. Firm pricing is confirmed by our team after a free design consultation.
WhatsApp follow-ups
If you provide your number, we may follow up on your enquiry via WhatsApp from 082 388 4064. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or by asking us to contact you another way. WhatsApp messages are processed by WhatsApp (Meta) under their own privacy terms.
